Landmark’s HVAC system is old and can no longer be repaired. It needs to be replaced now. The comfort of our patrons, performers and staff is of paramount importance, and the installation of a new HVAC system will enhance the Landmark show experience for all. Additionally, it will allow us to expand our programming into the summer months for both Landmark shows and for guest presenter shows. More shows mean more choices!
After many months of conferring with and getting estimates from heating contractors, we are ready to move ahead. The cost to replace our HVAC system is projected to be $500,000+. A plan is now in place to install the new system during our theater’s downtime – July & August. Presuming all goes as planned, our new system should be operational for the start of our 2024-2025 Season. Thanks to the efforts of many, New York State grants will cover nearly half of the cost!
